We are committed to missions, both locally and around the world.
Each summer we have a team heading down to Mexico to build houses for families. Cove Church is affiliated with Baja Christian Ministries who, since October 1991, has been serving the spiritual and physical needs of the poor through engaging short-term mission teams in Baja California, Mexico.

The Okanagan Gleaners is an introduction to doing missions/justice work together, so as to introduce people, including children to serving others with their vacation time. The Gleaners was started by a small group of Christians concerned about the waste of excess produce. Volunteers sort produce, then chop, rinse and dehydrate it. The dehydrated produce is stored, then mixed into bas as soup mix, and sent to countries where the need for food is greatest. To find out more about the Gleaners, please click here.
We also support Hope for the Future (Sharmala Buell), a ministry based in the city of Mbeya, Tanzania, East Africa, which helps meet the needs of children and youth under 18 years of age, who are affected by poverty and the aftermath of HIV/AIDS.
Cove Church has partnered with the Canadian Baptist Ministries in their STEP program. STEP is an acronym for Serving, Training, Energizing Partnerships. It is a program that invites Canadian churches to focus on one country and its ministry priorities, thus facilitating greater involvement as stakeholders in the work of building passionate discipleship for local and global missions.
